โปรแกรมจะนำข้อมูลเงินได้เช่น เงินเดือน, ค่านายหน้า, โบนัส หรืออื่นๆ มารวมเป็นรายได้ และหักค่าใช้จ่ายให้โดยอัตโมนัติ รวมถึงนำค่าลดหย่อนที่กรอกเข้าไปมาหักเพื่อคำวณภาษี โดยโปรแกรมจะแจ้งเตือนกรณีที่กรอกค่าลดหย่อนต่างๆ เกินเงื่อนไขที่กฎหมายกำหนด เพียงเท่านี้ก็จะรู้แล้วว่ากิจการต้องออกภาษีแทนให้เท่าไหร่ พนักงานจะได้รับเงินในแต่ละเดือนเท่าไหร่
